Delhi Towne Square features a 40,000-square-foot Delhi Athletic Club with cycling, yoga, dance studios, an eight-lane competition lap pool, warm water pool, state-of-the-art equipment, and childcare services. The complex also houses Township offices, Oak Hills Preschool, a Cultural Arts Center with art gallery, teaching kitchen, and event space for up to 300 guests.

Bender Mountain Preserve features over three miles of hiking trails with spectacular Ohio River views through heavily wooded, restored nature preserve supporting hundreds of plant and animal species.
